This Pomegranate Poinsettia Cocktail is light, refreshing, bubbly and beautiful- everything you'd want in a cocktail and perfect for the holiday season!
What is a Poinsettia Cocktail?
A Poinsettia is a cocktail that's traditionally made with cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and champagne. It's garnished with fresh cranberries and often a sprig of rosemary. Because of it's color and seasonal ingredients (cranberries), it's most often served as a holiday drink!

Pomegranate Season
I love to take advantage of pomegranate season (usually from October through January) while it lasts whether that's eating pomegranate seeds by the spoonful, or making pomegranate cocktails.
In this version of the poinsetta cocktail, we're using pomegranate juice instead of cranberry, and swapping the cranberries for pomegranate arils. It's a fun and delicious spin on the original with a beautiful festive color!
