Ingredients
  

Green Dip

  • 1 16 Ounce Can cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 Cups spinach
  • 1 Cup Italian flat leaf parsley loosely packed
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving

  • Pita bread toasted and cut into triangles
  • Flaky sea salt such as Maldon, optional

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse cannellini beans, add to food processor.
  • Add spinach, parsley, lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and half of the olive oil.
  • Blend all ingredients together, drizzling the remaining olive oil in to desired consistency.
  • Serve with pita. Enjoy!
