For the salmon

  • 3 3-4 Ounce Portions Fulton Fish Market wild Alaska sockeye salmon defrosted

  • 1 Teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ Teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon paprika
  • Teaspoon cumin
  • Teaspoon cinnamon

For serving
